Hotels

For everyone who is not familiar with the area, there are 3 hotels on what is called "Kent Narrows" that have reserved rooms for our guests. They are the Holiday Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, and Best Western. The hotels are all easily accessible from the Rt. 50, about 10 miles after the Bay Bridge...and walking distance to bars, restaurants, and marinas. We plan on having a bus take people from Kent Narrows to the venue for the ceremony, to reduce the chance of drinking and driving (more information on this to come). If you would like to take advantage of this ride, please stay in one of these three hotels. 

• The Holiday Inn Express ($190/Saturday, $119/Sunday) - It is pretty new and has nice rooms. It's nothing super-fancy, but the views are good and the price is pretty good for this area. They also offer a free hot breakfast.  To book, please call the hotel at (410) 827-4454 or call the generic Holiday Inn number. Just be sure to mention that you are with the Campbell/Weary Wedding.

• The Best Western ($169/night) - It is an open setup, offering exterior access to the rooms.  The rooms do not offer the same quality views as the other hotels, as it is in the middle of the island, but it is still very close to all of the amenities and they allow pets. They also offer a free continental breakfast.  To book, you must call the actual hotel at (410) 827-6767, and be sure to mention that you are with the Campbell/Weary wedding.  As soon as I have the online code, I will put it up.
• The Hilton Garden Inn  Although we don't have a block of rooms reserved here, this hotel is another option.  It is right next to the marina, so you have beautiful views of the boats and the bay. The rooms here are very good also and they have on site dining options.  It is also closest to The Jetty, where we will be hosting a little after wedding party.  To book, you can either call the hotel at (410) 827-3877 or book online.  There are a very limited number of rooms available at The Hilton Garden Inn due to the holiday weekend and they will book up quick. 

This is a busy time of year for the hotels in this area, so there are a limited number of rooms available at each hotel. Please book your reservations early so we do not run out of the blocked off rooms.  In order to get the group rates, reservations must be made by August 3, 2011.

In addition to these hotels, there is a hotel in Stevensville, called Kent Manor, that has a great Bed and Breakfast feel. If you would like to stay on the other side of the bay, there are plenty of options just over the bay bridge in Annapolis; but please be cautious of beach traffic on Sunday when you cross the Bay Bridge.  Also, every time you cross the bridge, you have to pay the toll.
